Authorizing the Parks Division to apply for a Recreational Trails Program grant from the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for the Madison LakeWay Project, the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the resulting grant agreement if awarded, and amending the 2026 Parks Division Capital Budget to allow for acceptance of up to $100,000 if awarded the grant.
