LDC26-00056 (Talus Valley Villages 16A & 16B) - A request has been made for a tentative map to allow for a 185-unit single-family attached (townhome) subdivision and associated common areas. The ±18.5-acre site is located on the west side of Veterans Parkway, ±0.45 miles north of South Meadows Parkway. The site is within the Talus Valley Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district and has Master Plan land use designations of Suburban Mixed-Use (SMU) and Parks, Greenways and Open Space (PGOS). [Anticipated Planning Commission Meeting Date: April 1, 2026]

LDC26-00054 (New Elementary School on Pine Middle School Campus): A request has been made for a conditional use permit to allow for a new elementary school with an enrollment exceeding 400 students and for non-residential development adjacent to residentially zoned property. The ±16.31-acre site is located on the east side of Neil Road, south of Filbert Road, ±550 feet north of South McCarran Boulevard (4800 Neil Road). The site is zoned Public Facility (PF) and has a Master Plan land use designation of Public/Quasi-Public (PQP). [Anticipated Planning Commission Meeting Date: April 1, 2026]
