LDC26-00050 (Manzanita Home Side Setback Deviation): A request has been made for a major deviation to reduce the required side yard setback from five feet to two and a half feet to allow for an addition to a single-family home. The ±0.27-acre site is located on the north side of Manzanita Lane, ±295 feet east of Lakeside Drive (905 Manzanita Lane). The site is zoned Single-Family – 5 units per acre (SF-5) and has a Master Plan land use designation of Single-Family Neighborhood (SF).
