(CACSCW) for program management of the Double Dollars Program for a total of $85,000. Historically, Dane County administered this contract, but due to budget cuts, the City is taking over management. CACSCW has been the operator of this program since 2012-2013 and is the only respondent to previous RFPs. The City's contribution increased from $62,500 to $75,000, while Dane County's decreased to $10,000, which the City will invoice. CACSCW is also contributing approximately $40-$50k of its own funds to maintain program capacity.
