Construction Management Division Update From Freese and Nichols, Inc.

Summary

This document is an update from Freese and Nichols, Inc. (FNI) on their role in strengthening the City of Fayetteville's internal Construction Management Division (CMD). Financial tracking is being developed with a spreadsheet that will feed into a Power BI dashboard, and a sample of the financial tracking spreadsheet is included, showing various projects like the Day Resource Center, FAST Electric Bus Project, and Fire Station 16 with their respective budgets, spent amounts, and remaining balances.
