CONSIDER RESOLUTION NO. 2026-R15; A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOERNE, TEXAS, FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE SUGGS CREEK SEWER MAIN EXTENSION TO BUC-EE'S LTD, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $600,000.

The City Council is considering Resolution No. 2026-R15, which authorizes the reimbursement of Buc-ee's Ltd. for the construction of the Suggs Creek Sewer Main Extension. The city entered into a development agreement with Buc-ee's Ltd. for this extension, and the City Council finds it in the best interest to reimburse the company.
