Summary

This ordinance (25-O-1450, Z-25-038) proposes to amend the City of Atlanta's Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) by redesignating properties at 1905, 1911, & 1917 La Dawn Lane NW and 1920 Anne Street NW from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR).
